Excellent central location provided easy access to nightlife without the noise. The staff were attentive and helped book our train when our flight was canceled. While the room was quite small with limited storage, the comfy bed and good food selection, including hot and cold sandwiches at breakfast, made up for it. Enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor section with heaters.

Simply no complaint, very VERY GOOD stay. Fully equipped and clean accommodation with stunning location so close to the historic center as well as metro station/ tramway nr 28-direction to Alfama. The very good service combined with the outstanding food.

The staff at the reception desk is extremely helpful and competent. the queen room offers plenty of space with a balcony view and lovely decor. the hotel's location in the center of Lisbon is fabulous, with easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants. the restaurant serves a delicious continental breakfast and offers great options for lunch and dinner.
